Service & Support

FREEDOM EBIKES are able to assist you with all of your service and support needs. We are able to assist you with any servicing that you would like to have completed on your ebike. Please note that different parts of your ebike come with different warranties, and this can be accessed via the warranty tab of our website. As we are based in Melbourne, we are able to offer support from our showroom based in Ringwood, victoria. If you are based outside of Melbourne and wish for us to look over your ebike, you will need to arrange to send your bike to us. Please note, we strongly recommend any items sent to us are done so through Australia post or a courier and that you use a tracking number to keep track of your item. Please do not send any items to us without first consulting with out staff over the phone. The reason we say this is that we want to ensure we can assist you/that your item is covered by warranty before you send the item back to us. Please also note, we do not cover the cost of shipping when you are returning items to us/sending items to us for servicing.
