RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. If you are unsure which of the FREEDOM ELECTRIC BIKES would be best for you, give our office a call on (03) 9095 8434 and we will be able to help. Should you wish to return an item for a refund, please note that Freedom Ebikes will not cover the cost of return shipping. We will only cover the cost of return shipping if the item sent to you is faulty on delivery. If you wish to return an item, you should first contact our office, as we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns without being notified prior to them being sent.
2. If you are returning an item for change of mind, please note that it is your responsibility to return the item to us in the condition you received it. Refunds will be processed once we have received your item in our showroom. If an item is returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition, please not that we will not be able to process the refund and will arrange to send the item back to you.
